In-depth Lifestyle Assessment

This is an extensive and comprehensive assessment covering exercise and physical history, food and your relationship with it. You will be sent a Questionnaire that details all this. Then I will spend an hour speaking with you about your needs and goals, and within what time frame you seek to achieve them by.

Detailed Movement Analysis

I’ll take you through a series of exercises to see your strengths, weaknesses, and any injuries or restrictions you are experiencing. If you are on the Gold Coast, Australia, this will be done face-to-face, but if you’re online, it will be done via Zoom.

Exercise Prescription

Exercise prescription based on the foundations of the disciplines and practices of NeuroPhysics, MindBody medicine, Kinaesthetic Tradition and Hormesis (giving the body the right amount of good stress in order to create change, but not overtraining which creates distress) This will take the form of Resistance Training exercises (weights), Cardio and Functional exercise.

Nourishment

You will receive a tailored eating program teaching you how to become tuned in to what your body needs above what your ‘emotional taste’ wants. This will ensure you develop a desire for foods that nourish your mind and body not just your emotions. The program is specifically designed to give you life in your years and years in your life with functional exercises that challenge all of your physicality, including balance and skill acquisition.
